Stick-Yoga is my personal exercise program that I use to stay flexible, youthful and in great shape. I have been working with sticks for the past several years, constantly learning, growing, and evolving in my awareness of this physical body. I am excited to share with you, this creative and dynamic approach to warming up and focused stretching. As you learn more about stretching with a stick, you will discover how revolutionary this new way of stretching is and how it can assist you in transforming your current fitness routine and improve your overall health and well-being.

This intro class in FREE of charge . . . try it and see the benefits of stretching with a stick! Please arrive early, wear comfortable clothes and bring water. Please RSVP to reserve your space as the class is limited to 25 participants. All who attend this intro class will receive a discount on future classes Upcoming Stick-Yoga classes will be held most Sundays at 10am at the park. The fee will be $20/class.
